Each year, LDB hosts  its Summer Intensive Workshop in conjunction with the City of Monroe, featuring Dance Masters such as Will Thomas, David Webb, Emily Webb, Christian Vincent, Thom Clower, Jason Fowler, DJ Guthrie, Chris Jarosz, and Jock Soto. The Workshop lasts from seven to ten days in late July, and gives dancers the opportunity to study in the areas of classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop and theatre. It is our goal to bring these Dance Masters to our students, giving the students an opportunity that they otherwise would not likely have. The workshop is the official audition site for LDB, and a popular summer program for dancers across the South.
